Domain Registration Agreement
Please note that our Domain Registration Partner for some domain names, Public Domain Registry (PDR Ltd), is required to have a Domain Registration Agreement with the registrant of each domain name for which they are the registrar on record. From 29th July 2019, PDR Ltd will be contacting all registrants that have domain names registered through Public Domain Registry to notify them of the new agreement, which will come into effect immediately. Should you have any concerns pertaining to the new agreements, just drop us a line via the Customer Centre https://www.invisional.co.uk/customer-centre/ and we'll be happy to help.
Strong Customer Authentication
You may have heard about this in recent months. This comes into force from 14th September 2019. From Wikipedia: "The requirement ensures that electronic payments are performed with multi-factor authentication, to increase the security of electronic payments." The Customer Centre will soon be upgraded to support this, along with our Debit/Credit card provider Stripe. However if you have any issues in making payments for new or renewed services after the 14th of September 2019, just drop us a line via the Customer Centre https://www.invisional.co.uk/customer-centre/ and we'll be happy to help.
SSL Certificates
May we also take this opportunity to remind you that you might like to take advantage of our SSL Security Certificates for your website.
